The following Terms Of Service constitute Little Web Feet's Billing Policy applying to website design and development as well as website re-design, re-coding, SEO services, custom design projects, graphic design projects and applies to ALL Little Web Feet customers that request Little Web Feet to design or re-design their website or anything else, or do any programming, consultation or management work for the customers website or any other application:
Billing Policy
When you contact Little Web Feet to perform a design or management project, a 50% deposit is required. If you choose to pay by check then payment must be received within 7 days at our office address. If payment is not received within 7 days then you hereby authorize Little Web Feet to charge your credit or bank debt card that is on file. This credit or bank debt card is usually the same card you have authorized for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual payment to Little Web Feet for your website hosting, e-mail, dedicated server and/or co-location service fees. This credit or bank debt card will then be charged the required 50% deposit fee.
When you contract with Little Web Feet for design, development, consultation or management services you agree to the terms and conditions posted herein. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions then you need to use another design firm to handle your work. You also agree and authorize Little Web Feet to charge such design or re-design fees to your credit card or bank debt card, not limited to the deposit but also the balance due after the job is complete. All deposits and design fees are non-refundable.
